Question by StrawberryFieldsForeva: Good tween halloween costumes?
I’m a tween or preteen. Whatever you call it. I wanna know what some good halloween costumes are. They can’t be ANYTHING related to disney channel. And please no fairys or whatever. Also, please tell me if a disney princess costume for a tween is too young-ish. I think that older teens can wear a disney princess costume and have it be kinda funny, and nice. But for a preteen?

Afew years ago, my tween daughter was “a tragedy of the Titanic” She wore a ballgown (though any fancy dress would do), a tierra, and a life preserver with the word “TITANIC” on the back. We then greyed her face to make her look “dead”, and pinned Christmas icicles in her hair to make her look “Frozen”…added some elbow length gloves and some large costume jewelry and she was a bit hit!!!! She collected candy in a white pillowcase with the words “White Star Lines” stencilled accross the end…White Star Lines was the backing company for the Titanic. Have fun!!

My daughter loved this costume and had fun playing with it. I was slightly disapointed with its quality but she had fun which was the main thing!

very cute costume, but the ears were incredibly tiny. they looked ridiculous. the bow was bigger than the ears.

Highly recommend! Material is soft and does scratch arms or neck. Very easy to wear, and my toddler loves it!

    Shari & Myke,

The video is so cool! I’ve watched it about 3 or 4 times already. I can’t get enough of the cuteness factor. The costumes for this year are really great.

It was a great day with lots of fun. Thanks for including us!

    Shari,
I loved it. It made me a little sad and miss everyone, but what a cute video. I especially love precious Miss Mia at the end. She is too adorable. It was great to know so many of the stars – they all looked like they were having fun.
    Hope sales soar this season.
    Have a Happy Halloween,
    Kim C

I think the first answer was a really cool idea. How about Esther (?) from The Orphan? I would have done that, but my hair isn’t long enough and I don’t know where to get a costume (yet).
